that is a great budget build. smart build .. although i'm not entirely sold on the PSU

Looks like a lot like my midrange buy , that motherboard is solid, it hasnt given me any problems, you might wanna go with the 450W Forton. I have the 400W one and its great.

I third the Fortron PS(very good PS)

But for a video card this kills the 1600 for less. First 16 pipes,256bit mem(X1600 128bit)
Its a open box but still has a warranty (90% of what I buy from Newegg is Openbox)

It depends on what you get that's open box... ram, gpu's, cpu, and usually mobo's are just that... open box. Newegg still warrent's them anyway... so you really don't have much to loose... I have bought a few things open box and have not been disappointed yet. and one of them is this CPU.
