Default Help w/ new PC / TV setup

well im phasing out of the gaming world and I just want a widescreen computer that i can watch tv on and play counterstrike every once in a while.

im gonna get an x800gto and 2 19inch widescreen lcd's that im gonna run side by side. i want to be able to watch tv on one and surf the internet on the other. What is the easiest way i can do this? I've been looking at tv tuners online but most of them have only svideo inputs and the monitors I am buying are only equipped with svga.

also would i be able to hook up direct tv to a tv tuner card or is that impossible? sorry ive been doning research on this whole pc/tv thing and its giving me a headache. can anybody point me to the right direction. i want something that will give me good tv quality.
