Hummm.... Well
Official Minimum System Requirements - Warhammer Forums
These are minimum def not GREAT by no means.
What OS you running?
What GHz is your processor running at?
Either way i Suggest you add 1GB of ram = 31.99 Kingston from newegg
Your kinda stuck with AGP for video until u upgrade your mobo so i suggest this vid card
Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100228L Radeon HD 3850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X HDCP Ready Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards = 94.99
thats about all you can do unless you want to buy a cpu.... Could tell you which one if I knew what you had:P

fatclown's second option looks pretty good. But i would personally go with a 4850 isntead of a 5670.

edit: and there also seems to be enough room in the budget for 2X2GB of ram; either that or go quad-core.
