Help with upgrade.

Hi, I want to upgrade my CPU and Motherboard, I don't have much money and from looking though various pages I want to get a Pentium D 805 and overclock that, but I will need to get a good cooling system to get it to where I want it (3.6-4.0Ghz) and a new power supply, the mobo I was thinking of getting (So I don't have to buy a new Graphics card) is the Asrock 775 Duel VSTA, it doesn't support the Conroe CPU's put of the box and I need a duel core, if someone can reccomend me to a CPU, Motherboard, cooling system (Water or Air) and power supply under AU$500 I'll be happy.

why dont you get a core 2 duo e6300, gigabyte ds3 motherboard, and an OCZ gamextream 700w powersupply. you might have to go with a different motheboard if you want to keep your video card.

Well, the CPU and Mobo add up too AU$490, not including the PSU which will cost a bit more, but I'll probably get the Pentium D along with the VSTA and that PSU you said and see what I can get for cooling.
