[h=1]I need some help in reviewing this Processor, Intel Core i3-2120 Processor.[/h]# of Cores : 2
# of Treads: 4

so Virtually this has 6Cores. but i've notice that this processor has an Hyperthreading technology. my question is, whats the total number of processor if this processor has hyperthreading capability.

Thank you for those who will answer.

i3 is a dual core processor. Meaning it only has 2 physical cores with HT. Hyper-Threading gives each physical core a virtual core. So in Windows it will have 4 threads while only still being 2 physical cores.

So the number of Thread which is 4 is the total number of Cores (virtually) in this Processor.

thank you for your reply.

and Sorry for the wrong board..

sorry if im making this too long i'm just little confuse in this :silly:

1 Core = 2 Threads

a total of

2 Cores = 4 Threads

am I in the right way :D
