help please

i am wanting a system to run ARCA sim racing 08 game. i only have around 500-600 dollars to spend. Can anyone help me?

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* 2.0 GHz processor
* Windows XP,VIsta, XP 64-bit (may run in Windows 98SE, WindowsMe & Windows 2000, but it is not supported.)
* 512 MB RAM
* Geforce 6800 or Radeon 9600, lower cards may work but at degraded performance 128 MB video RAM
* DirectX 9.0c 2.0 GB of hard drive space for installation
* Internet connection required for online play

The minimum requirements are pretty low, so building a system that will run it shouldn't be too bad. Check out these threads:
