Help! newbie gamer/pc builder with way too old cpu

so i got this cpu which i want to modestly upgrade, only to find out i have 1.1 Ghz Celeron processor, AGP only compatible port , and really old motherboard ( GVC MR825 D01 i think). since i am cheap and broke i have been trying to upgrade instead of a complete overhaul. would anyone know how i can find better, compatible, processor for a motherboard i dont readily understand. And if anyone knows of a modestly decent AGP graphics card, i would certainly be open for suggestions. thanks guys

the 7800gs is the best agp graphics card I know of except it is around 180 dollars i think your best bet is save up for complete overhaul if you wait until the E4320 comes out you can get a great cheap cpu and then an asus p5b motherboard you would also need a new graphics card but it would be future proof reuse the harddrives and maybe the psu depending on what it is
