Help! Need a computer $800 MAX

I'm not sure about the ASUS boards posted, i like ASUS and most of their products (hence i have an ASUS Motherboard) but the BIOSTAR that i linked seems to be recommend quite a bit for system builders by a few people.

If you feel that the ASUS board would be better for you then grab it (but make sure you get the first one you posted and not the second one. Also comes with a game which is great.)
 
Yeah every one has good suggestions, but TBH you dont need to spend as much on gpu but deffinetly go ATI and get either 4850 or 3870 there within your budget.

Well the ASUS looks a little better.

Why not put the money you would save buying the BIOSTAR board (which i have already tried to say is a great board) and maybe buy a game?

Asus looks a bit better but who really uses more then 4 gigs of ram on a desktop? Even for gaming needs anything over 4 gigs is overkill.

Yeah I know I just needed to point something out and rant.
