Default Help me please!

I am looking to build a PC soon and I was wondering if someone could recommend a good motherboard and processor. I want something mid range that I would be able to play games with. Thanks for your help.

I will figure out monitor/mouse and etc later...

I don't really know how much I want to spend yet, I was just wondering what everyone thought would be good for gaming that wasnt too expensive. (mid-range) for a processor and motherboard.

In other words...what processors work best with what mobo's?

If your looking to watch movies, and play pc hogs like BF2 get a amd. If your looking to do a mix of alot a things, Pentium may be what you want. I have ups and downs about pentiums. They are more exspensive then amd.

3700+ is what i'm looking at getting. definitely get one, i think it's probably the "best bang for buck" cpu available for now. should last you a while before an upgrade as well
