Everything is good, I would reccommend this for RAM. instead of what you picked. HERE

The Mobo you picked does have onboard video, so you don't need a video card, however, it wil tke up some ram to use it. The good thing is cheaper than a video card, and that you can always use the pci-e slot that is on yuor mobo to get a really good video card.

One other thing you will need is a OS. What will you be running?
if you don't already have one, you gotta factor that in too...

It comes out to 559.94 W/o Windows xp
and 672.93. w/ xp. So thats a lil over, but if you buy it there, it seems as if you get 2$ off everything, and you won't have to pay shipping. One more thing, do you have a keyboard/mouse and monitor?
