Default Help!help!help! Click Here Please!

what the **** is wrong with my computer, i used system restore
and restarted my computer, then notice on the welcome screen

My mouse pointer no longer is where it suppose to be!
there's no mouse pointer at all!! the keyboard doesn't function neither!

no.. and dont tell me my mouse has dust.. no it doesn't it brand new..

please someone help?

Whoever told you the mouse has dust needs to be shot

The mouse having dust wouldn't prevent any cursor from appearing.

Hrm, Could it be a driver problem? Are you using a special keyboard/mouse and need to install software?

See if your keyboard still works by getting into BIOS, then get into safe mode by pressing F8 before the Windows logo comes. Uninstall any of the mouse and keyboard driver.
