Default Help buying RAM chip

hi let me first tell u i know nothing about computers. I recently bought Battlefield 2 but i barely meet the requirement for RAM. I have a Dell Dimension 4700 and i am looking for either 1 or 2 GB Ram chips 1 GB RAM chip or 2 GB RAM chip ( 2 x 1 GB ) . I will be purchasing from so please can u recommend me one from the links provided? My price range is from 50-200 dollars. Thank you

This Corsair XMS ram is really good.

2gigs will be awesome. Your dell will be rejuvinated.

New build in progress, but this is what I got for now:
-AMD x2 5200+
-Asus M3A78-EM AM2+
-Buffalo 2x1gb ddr2 800
-Hitachi 250gb Sata HDD
-Antec Minuet Case w/ 350w psu
-Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

these are great memory modules. you could always go with cheaper value ram though
