Default Help buying a PC

I'm buying a new PC and I would like to know which is best, first only the processors and then the whole computer. The characteristics I don't place are equal on both.

+Intel® Pentium® D Processor 820
512MB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM 533MHz
128MB PCI Express™ x16 ATI Radeon™ X300 SE

+Pentium® 4 Processor 521 Supporting Hyper-Threading Technology
1GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM 533MHz (2x512MB)
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 900

The first one has a better CPU and Graphics card while the second one has twice the amount of the same RAM.

Get the first 1, but add an extra 512 of ram and change that videocard to at least a 6600gt.
New build in progress, but this is what I got for now:
-AMD x2 5200+
-Asus M3A78-EM AM2+
-Buffalo 2x1gb ddr2 800
-Hitachi 250gb Sata HDD
-Antec Minuet Case w/ 350w psu
-Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
