Default Help Buying new GPU! Dxdiag inside!

Hi there im 20 years old and i recently got a job at a movie theater and im in the process of buying a new GPU for my computer and i have alot of questions.

Is this your computer?

Acer Support: AspireX1800*Acer Aspire X1800 Desktop Series

If it is your going to need a new power supply to handle a dedicated video card.

And I wouldn't buy computer parts from ebay, they have a bad habit of not working or not showing up.
