Default Help with buying a new computer and graphics card

Im buying a new computer for gaming, although not high end, just Unreal Tournament, Counter Strike Gears pc etc. And found this which seems to suit my needs for reletavily cheap:

Extra Value Desktop PC - Desktops at Euyer
the motherboard is a Foxconn-G31MX-k
And the psu is 300w apparantly.

Im hoping to buy this GFX card for it : PowerColor HD 4670 PCS Edition 1GB DDR3 Dual DVI HDTV Out PCI-E Graphics Card - Ebuyer

Wasnt sure if the psu could handle it but in the comments for the computer a few people said they have bought the same card for it and it runs fine. So just checking before i spend my money that the card fits the mobo and psu?
