Call of Duty would probably be able to run fairly well on that system without upgrading.
CoD isn't a very demanding game.

Alright after many reviews of Cyberpowerpc (The site I was planning on buying from) I have decided to build the computer with a friend of mine (/cheer). So, if someone will please take a look at these components and tell me what they think, I will be very greatful.

Case: Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 AM3

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3

Video card: ATI Radeon HD 5450 512MB DDR2 16X PCIe Video Card

Power supply: Diablotek DA Series PSDA600 600W

Hard drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB

Optical drive: LG Black 22X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 22X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA CD/DVD Burner - OEM

OS:Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit Edition

The total would come out to be $580, this is pretty pricey for me, are there any corners I could cut to bring the price down?

i think that youre cutting too many corners if you go with that power supply. other than that, go down to 4 Gb RAM.

I wouldn't go with Diablotek for the PSU. The PSU I suggested is down to $53 after mail-in rebate now.
Don't get a bad PSU, if that thing's bad, then it could mess up everything else.
I think you could get a cheaper case, like this Xigmatek case.
If you're using AMD, either go with two or four sticks.
2 x 2GB
2 x 4GB
4 x 2GB

Also, this 5450 is only about $23 after mail-in rebate and shipping.
