Well 265 for a video card might be too much so im thinking of something less then 200 but thank you. So yea i will get a new PSU, i will stick to the Antec PSU i posted earlier or the one you suggested.
but wait nevermind i don't need a sli PSU.

and i also have this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118112
do you think it is too big for the DFI motherboard?

in that case get a 7600gt
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130283 , sli certified doesnt mean its for sli mobos only it just means it supports sli means it have 2x pci-e power connectors & providing enough power to run sli systems, stick to antec 550w eps12v
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103932 , as for the zalman cooler i checked the mobo compatbility list on their site and it will fit just fine but the folowing heatsink+fan will cool it much better

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835119034

as for the ram, corsair value pc3200/ddr400
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145440 no need to spend too much on the ram unless you plan to overclock , you might wanna consider 2gb can be very handy in the future i recommend these
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227210 (156.99$ after rebate)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231047 (145.99$)

better go for a nForce4 SLI X16 based mobo
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130037
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813127232
the second one is 164$ after rebate

edit think about it from this point of view, you can get an sli mobo or you can get a stronger processor and go for a non-sli mobo, which option do you think better? i think the processor

actually i plan on getting the same cpu, 3700+ but good point. but tell me why i should get a Abit or MSI over a Asus, because it seems like everybody likes the Asus. the thing is i don't need sli because i won't even get a second video card but if it's only 30 or 40 more, it makes me think.
