ASUS A8N-SLI Premium Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce SPP 100 ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard
ASUS A8N-SLI Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard
DFI LANPARTY nF4 SLI-DR Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard
MSI K8N Diamond Plus Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 ATX AMD Motherboard

and for the CPU

It's mostly for gaming.

MSI K8N Diamond Plus+x2 4200 , excellent choice on the psu , are you sure you really need an sli motherboard? you can save alot of money if youll get an nforce4 ultra based motherboard , what ram do you have exactly? just for making sure youll be able to use it with the new mobo

edit better get the eps12v version of the antec

edit2 and also your aware you need to have a pci-e graphic card right?

the eps12v version have another connector thats all the diffrence some mobos need it and since its the same price just get the eps12v one , from what i understand you got an agp card. all nforce4 mobos have pci-e and not agp (agp is an older standard) so you have 2 choices
1) buy a pci-e graphic card
2) buy this mobo thats based on the ULi chipset (about 4-6% less performance then nforce4) but it have agp & pci-e. so youll be able to use your agp card with it and youll be able to use a pci-e card later on if youll upgrade but of course you wont be able to use sli , also it lacks some features the more expensive ones have

what about the ram question?

What video card brand should i get? i'm looking at some 6600GTor maybe a x800gto,6800. and do i need a second 4-pin connector if i have dual core, and i hear that psu isn't really good for sli.

i highly recommend this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136152 dont let the 2x pci-e slots mislead you it have 2 cuz it supports DXG it doesnt support SLI , as for the video cards its really impossible to answer that without a budget and as far as i know you wont need a second 4pin connector for dual core and just to make it bit more clear the eps12v ver of that antec psu have another 8pin connector that some mobos need its the only diffrence between the two and both priced same just go for the eps12v version and dont believe everything you *hear*

as for your current psu that depends on several factors
1) amper rating (watts doesnt mean much its the amper rating that counts)
2) atx standard , if its not 2.0/2.01 then forget it
3) if its a quality psu or a cheapo
provide the exact model and ill let you know

youll have to get a new psu as your current aint good enough for your new cpu/video card, the 3.3V is way too low 20A and the +12V is only 18A which isnt enough and its atx 1.3 too , maybe cuz your new to hardware you arent familiar with DFI but believe me their a highly reliable brand and make excellent mobos , now for video card go for 7800gt
