Re-seating would mean if you mess up the first seating of the heatsink. It's best to put different thermal paste if you mess it up the first time.

Though you'd have to wash off the old stuff with alcohol before you put the TX-2 on.

If you got the 10$ to spare I would personally go with either this card

Newegg.com - XFX HD-483X-YDFC Radeon HD 4830 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

*whistles*

Or the 4770 instead.

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100277L Radeon HD 4770 512MB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

The XFX would be worth the extra as it has a lifetime warranty with it (plus free shipping).

Cutting corners is a very bad thing. Especially with a case. You should buy a good case that will last you years. its your computer's home afterall. That case is crap by the way. A $30 case won't treat you well.
