Get a new hard drive. That's the only way, Laptops usually have slower spinning speeds to decrease energy consumption and reduce heat. Most new laptop drives have 5400 and 7200 rpm speeds from $75-$150 depending on how big they are.

Ok. Will the slow hard drive spinning speed also affect gaming?

And btw how is my graphics card - I mean will all games (games like Counter Strike-Source, Call of Duty) work on it without lagging. Its an ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M IGP with 128MB DDR (dedicated).

The HD will only slow your performance when loading levels, or if it needs to access a lot of information in game it might jog.

As far as your gfx card, I found a couple of links about it. Turns out it's an integrated card but if you have 2 gigs of RAM already, you should be ok. I don't think you will have any problem running those games you listed. You might not be able to run them with the eye candy turned all the way up without jog, but you should be able to play them just fine on a medium setting. Here's a couple of links that I found on your particular card.
