Is the HEC 750w any good?

Is the HEC 750w power supply any good? I want to have a Sapphire Radeon 4870 512mb with a Amd phenom II 3.0 ghz processor running on it. Is it decent or should i get a different one. If you guys recommend any others tell me and is Ultra any good?

I think ste's advice is there are two good versions that have the HEC name and only one good ultra. You are better off avoiding.
