Default heatsink suggestion

i might upgrade my stock intel heatsink for my p4 socket 775 so im just wondering if anyone knows of any decent heatsink for less than 60$ or for any good water cooling that wont break the bank, i dont do anything to intense with my comp just gaming and video editing but i am oc at 3.41 , just leave suggestings please

some ppl suggested to me the Zalman CNPS9500, Thermaltake Big Typhoon, and Scythe Ninja. i havent really check them out but i guess their supposed to be really good.

Keep in mind that you can run fans on either of these models
