Default Heatsink and fan for a notebook. . .

I am looking into building a notebook.I have everything I need except the processor I want does not come with a fan or heat sink.I am having trouble finding one on the internet, newegg and tigerdirect didn't have any.The processor I am going to use is an Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 Merom 1.66GHz 2M shared L2 Cache Socket M Processor.

So I have 2 questions,Where can I find a heatsink and fan for this?Do all notebook motherboards have a socket M?

It will come with the Notebook. Each notebook has a different cooling design.
