Default Heatsink

I have an Intel Celeron 2.4ghz, and my heatsink is really bad, i have to use two window fans for it to not overheat. I was wondering if this heatsink would fit/be good for my computer?http://www.pcconnection.com/ProductD...ourceID=k15506
