Default headset + ventrilo + teamspeak = questions

ok i have some questions for my fellow geeks (yes, i say that with pride). Im going to buy a headset so i can talk with people over the net while playing onine games using either ventrilo/teamspeak. However i noticed that the headsets i see don't have a "talk" button. So I was wondering how would i be able to turn the mic off and on when talking, because if i couldn't it would suck because they could hear me breathing and stuff and thats annoying! Is there like a way to hotkey the mic from turning off and on in ventrilo or teamspeak???

You dont use a button on the headset to talk............that is all done in vent or TS, you can setup a hotkey to talk so when you push it, you can talk. You can also set it so it will talk depending on how loud your voice is, so it wont matter the headset, if you want to use the voice loudness way of talking or w/e, i suggest getting one with a mute button
