Headphone adapter

I was wondering if there was some kidn of an adapter that i could buy to hook up my computer headphones to my cellphone or xbox. I cant find anything on newegg that i can convert the 2 3.5 plugs into 1 2.5 one. If anyone finds anything plz lmk. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about an adapter for your cellphone but im 99% on there not being one for the xbox as microsoft like to make money off their xbox specfic hardware.
