They are on Newegg, and based on this review hd3650, it seems to be worse than the 8600gt... only matching it at Unreal Tournament 3

These things are no better than the 2000 series, they should add DDR4 memory to the 3650, to top it faster than the 8600GT

What you're saying about the performance is true, but I think that these cards are more suited to the HTPC/extreme low budget gamer crowds.

yes of course. HTPC should be using a 690G or 7x or GMA 3500 motherboard in my opionion and to satisfiy the budget gamers, put some DDR4 ram on the 3650 and still keep the $100 price tag.
