Default Have dual Channel and an ASUS board

I have Geil PC3200 Dual channel Ram right now on my Asus board which has 3 slots. Asus claims that if a third piece of ram is put into it, it will run as dual channel still but with 3 stickes instead of 2. The ram I have is listed below. They also sell a similar piece of ram but my major concer is in the timing of the dual channel vs. the single channel add on I was looking to buy. ANy help would be great thanks

Single Channel:

Thanks again
