Default Hard drive recommendation

Hello Gentle person
Does it make a big difference between the following hard drives that Dell has to offer? Does is really matter which one? I know 7200 rpm is better than 5400 rpm and it makes a big difference.

XGA and UXGA make a big difference. I heard UXGA makes the font looks too small but sharp screen. Is that correct?
Can you please let me know?
