Hard Drive: More RPM's or more Cache?

My hard drive is getting a bit old (6 years) and I am now looking to upgrade.

I really don't know much about the newer versions and lingo.

I would like to keep the drive as quiet as possible.

Should I go for a 10,000 rpm with 16mb cache or 7,200 rpm with 32mb of cache?

Was thinking either the raptor or a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 .

What about Samsung, WD, etc?

Agreed... its just as fast as a 10k RPM Drive, but quieter, and more than 4x the HD Space of a RaptorX

Plus the 10k RPM drives will have a shorter life span over a 7200RPM since it spins hard
