hamr drives

Ssd are all right but for now I am just going to use my pmr because when they come with hamr ( heat asisted magnectic recorders ) I will be diffinitly picking one up they much more powerful then ssd and, pmr put together anyway good day.

They sound nice, but when will they be released and what will the prices be?
Early SSDs suffered from reliability issues and excessive costs, new storage technology may have the same downfalls.
Also, an attraction of SSDs is the speed, not the large amount of storage. I don't see anything about a hamr drive that would make it comparable to a SSD in terms of speed.
