GTX 970 uprgade into Asus GT10AC

I was just wondering if this card would fit into my PC. Its dimensions are

GTX 970 Graphics Card Dimensions:
4.376 inches Height
10.5 inches Length

and my current card is the GTX 760 3GB

GTX 760 3GB Graphics Card Dimensions:
9.5 inches Length
4.376 inches Height

The case of the computer is

205 x 465 x 535 mm (WxHxD)
332 x 610 x 600 mm (WxHxD) with Carton

But the length in the cards is only one inch which isnt much but it can be the deciding factor whether i not i get this card. It would be nice to get it since it does out perform the 780 and its the newest card so I shouldnt have to Upgrade for a while.

We'll see if there is a inch of space between the HD cage and the 760 and that will tell you if it fits, also different brands are different lengths, I think one of the MSI 970'swas shorter than the others, The have 3 different versions from MSI, Also look at some of the EVGA cards for the shortest version.

WOW did a search on NewEgg and Gigabyte actually has a compact GTX970 to fit smaller cases.
