ok im leaning towards the 5670 (but the 9800 gtx+ is close behind) mostly because its local and the price but GDDR5 is always a bonus. and the lifetime warranty can always be used.
But if anyone thinks differently please let me know because i will be going to get the 5670 soon.
EDIT: Nevermind after reading the reviews i think im going to go with the 9800 gtx+
