Default Graphics cards differences

What do all the extra letters on a few of these cards mean?

They are just different models with different features.

The 128MB refers to the amount of video RAM.

The DDR/DDR3 refers to the speed of the RAM. DDR3 is MUCH faster than DDR.

The GT and LE are the versions. GT is a lot better than LE.
