what would be a good power supply for my pc when getting this graphics card and is this gfx card worth the money...

you would need something 550W or over so maybe something like this

true but to always be on the safe side. going with the minimum requirements of the component is usually recommended unless you can be positive.

550W PSU's can be around $50 after some mail in rebates. thats a good price
