Which one of these would be better for my computer a HP Pavillion 752n?

Rosewill RV350 ATX 350W

or

Rosewill RV400 ATX 400W

Also how do install the new psu if the new one has a switch and my case doesn't have a hole in the back for it?

both will work, but if you can affored then go for the 400watt, its awlays bette to have some extra power than cut close to the system requirements.
