Graphics Card Upgrade

I'm looking for a new graphics card to run games smoother, my problem is that I realized my current card has a lousy 512mb dedicated video ram. The games I want to run as smooth as possible are World of Warcraft, Diablo III, and Guild Wars 2. Right now WoW runs solid with most settings on High but Diablo III and Guild Wars 2 (beta) are pathetic. So can anyone please recommend a great video card that will run these games around High settings (if you know the game) that my PSU can handle? The highest I'd be willing to pay would be about $250. I can add any additional info if needed.

What I currently have:

-Graphics Card Info-
Radeon HD 4350
Codename RV710
Technology 55 nm
Memory size 512 MB
Memory bus width 64 bits
GPU ref clock 27000
PCI device bus 1 (0x1), device 0 (0x0), function 0 (0x0)
Vendor ID 0x1002 (0x1092)
Model ID 0x954F (0xE990)
Performance Level 0
Core clock 1198.1 MHz
---
Gateway DX420B
400 watt power supply
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Intel Core 2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz (2CPUs)
3584MB Ram

The problem isn't exactly dedicated memory, but that the chip just sucks.

Having only a 400w PSU doesn't give you much room to play. You could get a 560ti for 250 bucks and be completely set (depending on the rest of your PC), but your PSU can't handle that.
I'd say you could get a 550TI and be ok. What is the rest of your rig?
