Tell us the model number, usually printed on the front. We can easily find a manual for it online for you.

Yes the black port is your PCI-E graphics port. With that PSU you wont be able to handle anything great. You will have to upgrade your PSU as well. I'm gonna guess putting the money into this machine wont be worth it though.
