Default graphics card help (once again)

OK so I have a "proprietary" PSU and cant upgrade it (so ive been told) and i need a graphics card upgrade. i need to be able to run world of warcraft (32mb graphics required). would geforce4 MX 440 run directX 9? i need a card that have at least 64mb, can rune directX9, and only needs a 235W PSU. HELP ME PLZz

yea i think im gonna sell it and build one.. so far ive got it figured out to be 600$ for new rig. any suggestion on building one?
