Default Graphics Card Heatsink

I will be getting an ati x800 xt pe videocard pretty soon, and I need to buy a heatsink on it (getting it as a hand-me-down from a freind who had it on a water cooling block, now upgraded to 7800gtx sli's) anyway so i need to get a heatsink. This is the best one i found, but im not sure if it will fit

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835186129

it says it fits the x800 xl but does not mention the xt pe version. will this fit? if not any suggestions on what will? if i get a descent cooler i will do a little overclocking

I read somewhere that the x800 was a flop because it only worked well on hl2 because it debuted with it. I may have my cards mixed up however.
