Graphics card for Blender 3D

I am looking for a new graphics card mainly to run Blender 3d modelling & animation along with Adobe CC especially Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.

I am looking at the MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 Gaming 4GB DDR5 Twin Frozer IV FAN PCI-E Graphics Card. Has anyone used this card and let me know if it is any good?

I would like to hear about any other suggestions.

The Blender site says CPU and GPU rendering but there isn't really any information I can gather on what vendor it "prefers". As some software suites prefer AMD over Nvidia because Nvidia has nerfed double precision performance on all but 1 of their consumer graphics cards.

Thanks for this but I need an Nvidia card as the cycles render engine Blender uses only works with Nvidia, at the moment anyway.

I can't seem to find a good site to compare recent graphic card reviews specific to Blender. I'll keep looking, though

Where does it say this? I could not find anywhere on their site information that claims this which is what I was originally looking for. Usually most productivity programs prefer AMD.

In that case, yea the 760 4GB card would be your bang for buck.
