As you can see I have a 7800GTX. I don't game anymore, so I don't need a powerful card. Looking for something that uses alot less power. I do alot of video encoding with Handbrake. Not sure if a graphics card can help it. Don't want to spend much. if it's not going to help with video encoding, I can just buy a cheapo card.

The 7800GTX already takes a small amount of power as it can be run with an older system on a 350w PSU. If you want considerately less power you are looking at something like the GT620 or GT610 which take no more than 50w. If you do a lot of video encoding you could do for a CPU upgrade.
If you live in the US a GT610 can be had for around 40 bucks.
