Graphic Card for Asus P5LD2 Deluxe?

Hi there,
I just bought a motherboard called Asus P5LD2 Deluxe, could anyone please suggest me to choose a Graphic Card and a Sound Card to work with that motherboard? And an explaination why you suggest it. I neither play games nor use 3D software stuff. I just do simple work like e-mail, Microsoft Office and musics, movies...
