GPU upgrade

I posted before but its been awhile i was trying to upgrade my GPU but never got around to it.. but sense Rune:Ragnarok is coming i wanna get it done.. I havn't built a new computer in awhile my current setup is below.. is my video card that bad i know its outdated. im looking to spend maybe 200 or bucks on a gpu

Bad time to upgrade, just go to Newegg or Amazon and look at how stupidly priced GPUs are now because of mining. 200 bucks will barely buy you a 1050ti.
