Default GPU Upgrade

Hi everyone, looking to make an upgrade on my system to pull more fps. Here's what I have now.

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4350 Quad-Core Processor 4.2ghz
Video Card: Radeon RX 460
Ram: 8gb

Currently I can only run Pubg at or around 25-30fps on the absolute lowest settings. I would like to achieve at least 60fps on high settings 1080p. Can I make the switch to a GTX 1060 or 1070 and be okay? What bang for my buck could I achieve at these settings? Looking to spend at most 300 dollars, maybe a little more if applicable. Thank you

Default Re: GPU Upgrade

Upping GPU you'll be CPU limited. Upping CPU you'll be GPU limited. Your best bet currently is to get a new GPU and see how bad the CPU bottleneck is.

1070 is a great GPU card - wait for a sale then should be able to pick one up for $375-400. IF it fails to improve your current situation - then your all set for when you get a a new CPU .
