Default GPU temps, kinda worried about

running idle my temps on my ATI X1900GT are about 45-48C and when i am playing games they jump up to around 65-70C are these temps to high? I added a fan under my GPU and that droped me from 75-80C so that helped but I still think they are to high what do you think.
