Default GPU cooling

i have just bought a Nvidia Quadro fx 540 GPU from here:

in the picture it doesnt show any cooling. i just want to be safe so im going to order a GPU fan, would this one be good enough:

Its using a heatsink instead of a fan it`ll work fine.
