Which GPU is better?

So, I've decided to build myself a computer, but I'm kind of hesitant as to which GPU I should pick.. I've nailed it down to 3.

what's your criteria for your choices ? the 260 is old and power hunger, so honestly unless its cheap stay away from it. the 6770is the smartest choice
