GPU for 100$

I would like to know the best GPU for 100$.
I've came across a lot of them but I still haven't decided.
I'm buying locally not online and I didn't find a GT 240, an ATI HD Radeon 4650 or 4670 so please suggest something else.
I think ATI HD Radeon 5670 is good, but is it really good?

It's not really known. He told me " Tell me the card you want and I'll order it for you as I don't get high end gpu's except by requests ".

IP says Egypt, so I have no idea where to look as far as e-tailers. I seriously doubt $100 will go anywhere near as far there with components. Besides, a $100 card would not be high end.

If you go ATi get something from the HD5000 line, they're faster and more efficient than the HD4000 cards. The HD5670 should be faster than the HD4670 and all HD5000 cards support DirectX 11, most support Eyefinity multi-monitor setups while the HD4000 cards support only DirectX 10. I don't really see any reason to buy locally, if you're getting it custom ordered that means that the store will order it online and then most likely sell it to you at a mark up so you would actually save money just buying online yourself.

If you can't find a 5750 than a 5670 is your best bet.
