Is this a good set for playing games like wc3/sc/sc2... And no "bugs"?

Which one are you getting? Not sure but I saw a powersupply in the first pic that didn't look like it was any good (couldn't see a brand name) go for a corsair, ocz modxtreeme pro, antec basiq, any of those will do fine, but make sure they meet the requirements of the 5770. Everything else looks ok but I would grab a dual channel kit of 4GB DDR2 800mhz RAM. And if you need an OS, hit up Windows 7 64bit. Make sure it is the 64 bit version though so it can utilize all of your RAM.
